- Which operating system you are running (ie. Windows XP, Windows 2000, Mac OS X 10.3, etc).
- Which version of Microsoft® Office® you are running (ie. Office 2003, Office 2000, Office XP).
- Which version of ScienceSlides or MySlidesTagger you are using (ie. ScienceSlides 2005 Fall Edition)
- A description of any errors that are showing up or things that are not functioning.
